No refunds will be offered if services have already been rendered. By choosing to process this payment online, it is your agreement to pay for the online processing fee. Please refer to the table which details common fee amounts. The added fee/payment total should be the amount you enter into the payment section. If you have any questions regarding what your payment amount is, please contact your clinician or our office at 860-778-5317. If you need to cancel an appointment, it must be done with 24 hours’ notice. If this does not occur, a cancellation/no-show fee of $50 will be charged to you personally.
