Psychotherapy

Therapy clinical diagnostic assessments, Substance use evaluations, Behavior modifying techniques, Non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends),
Psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Individual Therapy

50-minute sessions available at weekly or bi weekly frequency, up to 2 sessions per week. A comprehensive clinical evaluation (90 minutes) is completed at the start of treatment and forms the basis for developing your treatment plan, including the estimated length of services, recommended interventions, and areas of focus.

Family/Couples Therapy

A detailed assessment is completed during the initial one to two sessions, which becomes the basis for your treatment plan and informs recommendations and areas of intervention.

Group Therapy

A form of psychotherapy in which a group meets weekly for 6-8 sessions to describe and discuss their problems together under the supervision of a therapist.

 Adjustment, anxiety, coping skills, depression, divorce, family conflict, grief, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, domestic violence, academic, bullying, peer relationships, self esteem, oppositional defiance, anger management, stress management, ADHD, school issues, substance use, emotional disturbance, life transitions, trauma and PTSD.
